All domestic Israel orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge of $4.95. Orders shipped internationally have a shipping and handling charge of $14.95.

Orders with a total of $109 or higher are eligible for free shipping!

• Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks from the time you place an order, but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery.
• We ship orders on Sundays – Fridays during office hours only. We do not operate on Jewish holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – Your patience is appreciated.
• Shipping times will be affected during Jewish and public holidays.Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times. We provide tracking number. It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

Most of our products are made mainly with an acetate, polyester and metallic yarn blend, with the exception of some designs. On the description of each design, the material blend is mentioned.
