What are the shipping and handling costs?

All domestic Israel orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge of $4.95. Orders shipped internationally have a shipping and handling charge of $14.95.

Orders with a total of $109 or higher are eligible for free shipping!

How long does delivery take?

  • Your order should arrive within 1-4 weeks from the time you place an order, but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery.
  • We ship orders on Sundays – Fridays during office hours only. We do not operate on Jewish holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – Your patience is appreciated.
  • Shipping times will be affected during Jewish and public holidays.Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. If you do plan to place an order for the holidays, please order as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. We cannot be held liable for late delivery times. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday. If you have any issues receiving the order, feel free to email us at shop@netalimay.com.

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking number. It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

How do I exchange or return my order?

As all our merchandise is made-to-order specially for each individual client, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us immediately upon receipt. Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for an exchange.

  • Merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
  • Offers are subject to adjustments due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

What materials are your products made of?

Most of our products are made mainly with an acetate, polyester and metallic yarn blend, with the exception of some designs. On the description of each design, the material blend is mentioned.

Is your product hand made?

All of Netali May designs are original and made by hand.

We mainly use hand knitting machine (no electricity, no patterns) and some designs are mixed with crochet.
